Most voice AI is built in English first, then retrofitted for other languages. We took the opposite approach: starting with Thai, training on real call center data, and building agents with our customers, then improving them from every call.

Story

From research lab to contact center floor

Gowajee was founded by a team with Oxford and MIT AI research backgrounds and prior exit experience. We've spent years building and deploying AI systems, and we saw first-hand how much was lost in translation when global tools tried to serve Thai-speaking users.

We founded Gowajee to close that gap, with technology built natively for Southeast Asia and a go-to-market model designed for how Thai enterprises actually buy and deploy software.
